SYNOPSIS

This seminar is based around the decision making content in the International Infrastructure Management Manual. Attendees will learn about key aspects of decision making and work through the decision process from defining the problem and establishing objectives through to evaluating the effectiveness of the decision made and the benefits achieved. A range of decision frameworks will be presented and guidance given on selecting appropriate decision techniques and decision criteria. The seminar will include aspects of risk based decision making and dealing with uncertainty and will cover ISO 55001 requirements with respect to asset management decision making.

Lisa Roberts has nearly 20 years experience in the infrastructure management field and has been project manager and contributory author of all editions of the International Infrastructure Management Manual. She is a highly experienced trainer and facilitator across all infrastructure asset management functions.
