Mentoring is a professional relationship in which an experienced person assists another in developing specific skills and knowledge that will enhance the less-experienced person’s professional and personal growth. But as a mentor or as a potential mentor, how can you ensure you are meeting the needs of the mentoree and facilitating their development?

IPWEA Queensland and Strategix Training Group are pleased to deliver this informative one day workshop: Mentoring Individuals and Small Groups. The workshop will provide you with the practical tools to be an effective communicator and mentor to promote the best performance from your staff.
