It’s always sad when a highly valued staff-member leaves.
Many of our members and clients will be very familiar with the high level of customer service that has been delivered over the phone by Emily Rankin, Customer Service Manager at IPWEA Australasia.
Her professionalism, delightful manner and engaging Irish accent have endeared Emily to one and all. Unfortunately for IPWEA, Emily and her husband, Ian, are returning to Ireland this month. This is a sad loss to the Australasia team, and we take this opportunity to publicly thank Emily for her dedication and exceptional customer service while she has been an integral part of IPWEA for the past two years.
We will be engaging a Temporary Assistant in the short-term whilst we commence recruiting for a permanent replacement – hopefully, someone as good as Emily.
Thank You, Emily for your lovely personality, your humour and the thoroughness with which you so keenly embraced your role. You will be missed and we wish you and Ian, all the very best for your future back home in Dublin. Emily leaves us on Friday 13 May.
